What do we mean by “horizontal fall protection systems”?
Delta Plus Systems horizontal lifelines are perfectly adapted to all types of buildings and structures.
Versatile, they can be installed on a multitude of roofing systems: steel, zinc, copper, fiber cement decks, concrete, metal or wood frames, standing seam roofing, etc., as well as a very wide range of configurations: flat, sloping roofs, industries, production areas, hangars, overhead cranes, gantries, for overhead, suspension, or facade use, etc.
There are two types of horizontal lifelines: the cable lifeline and the rail lifeline.
The cable lifeline is composed of a flexible cable, itself fixed to permanent anchors called anchor points or posts, and on which the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) attachment point slides and allows the person to move freely and safely.
The rail lifeline is composed of the same elements, except for the cable, which is replaced by a rigid rail.
In which configurations is it preferable to use a fall arrest rail system rather than a cable system?
The fall arrest rail lifeline is chosen in cases where the fall clearance is very low and therefore incompatible with a cable system: the rigidity of the system allows reducing considerably the height of fall.
It also offers a very high fluidity of movement, and thus is preferable to choose rigid lifelines for distance use, suspended applications, or with a self-retracting lanyard.

Yes, we do have our own installation teams. They are trained and qualified to work at height. They can adapt to your on-site constraints and install your fall arrest systems anywhere in France: ATEX, CACES PEMP, CATEC - Confined Spaces, Rope access technician, first intervention team member, scaffolding, stacker, gestures and postures, H0B0 electrical qualification, mechanical qualification, slinger bridge operator, asbestos prevention referent, asbestos prevention SS4 operator, N1 chemical risk, safety at height, road risk awareness, SST, etc.
