Fall protection rail system

VERTIRAIL

Vertical rail system

High-performance vertical rail lifeline with unidirectional locking runner for ladders

Type of movements

  • Movimiento vertical largo

The Vertirail vertical fall protection system is a rigid safety solution which allows free movement all along the rail without unclipping on the most varied vertical structures (ladders, wind turbines, pylons,…). Especially designed for significant heights, the Vertirail systems provides a great fluidity while ascending or descending.

Norm CE
The European standards

The Vertirail complies with the following standards

ISO EN 353-1 Guided type fall arresters including a rigid anchor line - Defines the requirements for design, material andconstruction, blocking methods, and requirements forstatic strength and dynamic performance, corrosionresistance, marking and information.

What are the characteristics of our vertical lifelines?

Delta Plus' vertical lifelines serve as a pivotal aspect of comprehensive fall-protection strategies, meticulously designed and crafted to ensure safety and compliance. Our equipment is rooted in years of experience in personal protective equipment, offering quality you can trust.

At the heart of our vertical lifelines is the lifeline itself. Composed of highly durable material, our lifelines are engineered to withstand the rigors of various work environments. Whether you're working in construction, industrial maintenance, or any job requiring work at heights, our lifelines provide a sturdy and reliable connection.

Each lifeline is paired with a quality full body harness. Our harnesses are designed with the user's comfort and safety in mind. They are fully adjustable to provide a secure fit, and their design distributes the forces of a fall across the body, minimizing the potential for injury.

Connecting the full body harness to the lifeline is a lanyard, often featuring a retracting design for smoother vertical movement. Our lanyards also feature a built-in shock absorber to reduce the arresting force exerted on the user in the event of a fall.

One distinguishing characteristic of our vertical lifelines is the fall arrest system. It is designed to lock swiftly and reliably in the event of a fall, reducing the free fall distance and mitigating potential hazards. The system includes a locking mechanism that instantly engages upon detecting a sudden acceleration, providing an immediate halt to the user's descent.

Another standout feature is the versatility of our lifelines. We understand that different tasks and work environments necessitate different setups, and our vertical lifelines reflect this. They can be adapted for use in a variety of situations, whether you're working on a ladder, pole, tower, or any other vertical structure.

As with all our equipment, Delta Plus' vertical lifelines comply with relevant safety regulations such as OSHA standards, giving you the peace of mind you need when working at height.
