“You shouldn’t fit a woman with a man’s shoe because their feet are narrower,” points out Julie Jacquier, Footwear Product Specialist at Delta Plus. It was based on this observation that the Donna model was developed.
Based on the technical platform of Delta Plus’s new sports range, this S3S-compliant shoe combines enhanced waterproofing with resistance to puncture from fine-tipped objects.

Delta Plus has paid particular attention to the fit: “We have adapted the insole by thickening it in strategic areas,” explains Julie Jacquier. The result is a well-fitting shoe that respects the shape of the female foot. It thus ensures better support and optimal comfort.
Versatile, this safety shoe model meets the needs of women working outdoors, in industry or on construction sites where there is a risk of liquid splashes.
“We already had a women’s shoe model, the Como 2, which is lightweight and breathable,” recalls Julie Jacquier, “with Donna, the aim is to provide superior protection and move upmarket.”
While Donna stands out for its technical features, it also distinguishes itself through its refined design.
“We wanted to avoid the cliché of pink shoes for women,” emphasises Julie Jacquier. The model therefore features a black microfibre upper, a discreet beige pattern on the side, and a thin gold trim at the back. An elegant and professional combination.
Whilst Donna follows the trend towards the feminisation of industrial and construction trades, “it also signals a real maturing of occupational safety, with the choice of higher-end products perfectly suited to the body shapes of both male and female workers,” concludes Julie Jacquier.
The Donna shoe will be available from May 2026.
