Delta Plus is seeking a Business Developer DACH F/H to lead its German subsidiary, a well-established company operating in a niche, high value-added segment of PPE (fall protection equipment).
With a stable turnover of €5M, the entity represents a key strategic platform for the Group’s development in Germany, following its acquisition in 2021.
Key Objectives
- Build trust with teams and customers
- Lead a 4–5 year transition plan integrating Delta Plus products
- Drive growth and profitability (target: €15M turnover in 3–5 years)
- Personally lead sales activity initially and rebuild the sales force
- Work closely with Group management and support functions
- Report to the Regional Director EMEA
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational and commercial management of the German subsidiary
- Define and execute the Business Plan and commercial strategy
- Develop existing clients and acquire new business
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and German regulations
Profile
- Proven experience in Sales
- Background in PPE or related industries (industrial supplies, construction materials, etc.)
- Based in Germany, native or bilingual German, fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, growth-driven, and team-oriented
Package
- Compensation package: fixed salary + variable bonus (to be negotiated) + company car
- Start date: ASAP preferred
